What to expect at NHBC
In doctrine, we are conservative, we believe that Jesus is God and his Word is absolute truth.
We believe the Bible is perpetually relevant to every culture of all ages.
We are mission and ministry oriented. We are pastor-led and elder-governed.

While New Hope is a non-denominational, independent church,
we do cooperate and collaborate with many other ministries, organizations,
and churches in the work of ministry. Scripture teaches that every
believer should be involved in the work of ministry.

“And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists,
the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry…”
Ephesians 4:11-12

What about my kids?

We have a children's Church Service that starts after the Worship service that you can send your children 6th grade and under too.

- Our nursery starts at the beginning of the service.

- We have 2 nursing / restless toddler rooms that have the service streamed to watch.

- NHBC is a Ministry Safe Certified Church all of our volunteers and security have background checks and have received and passed training on child protection. https://ministrysafe.com/

Where do I park?

NHBC has a large parking lot, if you come early you will get the best spots and can enjoy a donut and coffee that starts 30 minutes before and ends before the worship starts.

What do I wear?

Dress casual or business casual and you will fit in fine.

How can I get connected?

Just ask one of our greeters when you arrive; they would love to answer your questions about the church and how to get connected.

What to expect at our worship service:

Morning Worship Service — Sunday 9:30 a.m. (Come early for Fellowship, coffee & a donut)

The service begins with some contemporary music from our worship team (the words are projected onto screens on both sides at the front of the auditorium).

We will then have a time of scripture reading from the front and a prayer over the service.

Some more worship songs.

Prior to the actual message the children are released to Children’s church (Infant-12 years).

Lastly, we have the teaching/preaching time.

Our goal in the message is to present solid Christian theology in intelligent, understandable, and in relevant terms. A prayer and sometimes a verse of song will follow the message.
