What is a Bible Church?

Bible churches differ from one another significantly in style and doctrine. NHBC is a young and friendly church that is conservative in doctrine and has a contemporary style of worship. We believe that Jesus is God and his Word is Truth. We believe the Bible is perpetually relevant to every culture in all ages.

We are mission and ministry oriented. We have a goal of being a church in which nearly everone is a part of a small group.

- We practice a verse-by-verse exposition of the Bible like Calvary Chapel churches
- We are pastor led and elder governed like Presbyterian churches
- We accept scripture as authoritative and view it as literal and historical like conservative Baptist churches
